What's New At DendroTerra:
We are pleased to announce that we have a new communications manager, Aaron, that will be helping out with email responses and updates to our website! The owner of the business has been so busy keeping our frogs happy and healthy that the time has come to hire on another person to help out with the growing number of clerical tasks in the office.
We apologize for any delays in getting back to you if you have had questions, but the top priority for us, of course, is that our plants and animals get the love and attention that they need to ensure their health and happiness. Aaron will be handling preliminary contact with you regarding any ordering questions, current inventory, and so on.

Information About Shipping:
Shipping charges must be added manually to all orders. If you pay for your order before shipping is added, we will send you an adjusted invoice.
All plant & supply orders are shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise stated. All frog orders are shipped overnight with FedEx. Frogs will not be shipped when temperatures are freesing or below.

We include with all our frog orders, at all times of year, one Phase 22 temperature change pack. If you know addtional phase change packs, or heat packs are needed, there will be buttons to add them to your order. If you are unsure of how many more, if any, are needed, feel free to contact us to ask, or just go ahead with your purchase. We will send you an adjusted invoice if additional packs are needed.
